ACLS Blended Learning Course in Sacramento

Sacramento CPR Classes offer ACLS Blended Learning Courses designed to meet the needs of busy healthcare professionals in the Sacramento area. Our course combines the flexibility of online learning with hands-on training sessions in accordance with American Heart Association(AHA).

As the ACLS Blended learning course is for healthcare providers, you need to have a prior BLS certification to be involved in the course. Our blended learning focuses on two portions. First, you will learn course content online and then get skill practice and skill tests at our facility.

The online portion takes about 30 minutes to 3 hours, and on-site skill training and tests take about 20 minutes to an hour. Hence, after successfully completing both the online course and skill test, you will receive your ACLS Certification. The ACLS certification will be valid for 2 years.

Our AHA ACLS Course Module

Our AHA Blended learning course is divided into two phases: online and hands-on training sessions.

Online Learning Modules

Our ACLS Blended Learning Course begins with interactive online modules. You can access it from the comfort of your home or office. Online modules cover essential ACLS topics like cardiac arrest algorithms, acute coronary syndromes, stroke management, and advanced airway management. You’ll have the flexibility to progress through the material at your own pace. Plus, you will have 24/7 access to the course content.

Hands-On Training Sessions

After completing the online modules, students will attend in-person, hands-on training sessions at our state-of-the-art training facility in Sacramento. The training is led by experienced instructors at our facility in Citrus Height, CA. During these sessions, you get to practice vital ACLS skills as if you were in a real hospital. In the training session, students will participate in scenario-based simulations, team-based skills drills, and real-time feedback sessions. This will help you feel more confident and sure about handling cardiovascular emergencies.

AHA ACLS Certification

Upon successfully completing both online modules and in-person skills sessions of ACLS, students are now eligible to receive certification tests from the American Heart Association(AHA). The ACLS certificate is valid for two years, and trainees are advised to renew it before it expires to keep up with the latest ACLS guidelines from the American Heart Association.
